Orders ship from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, and delivery times vary by destination but are within 27 days to most countries. The average shipment to the US takes 14 days.

Items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

Go to My Account and click on Addresses in the menu on the left. You can add or change your shipping and billing address in the provided fields.

Currently, we cannot guarantee tracking on all orders due to the prohibitive costs of tracked shipping for some parcel types. So far, fewer than 0.3% of our orders have gone missing. If you do not receive your order, rest assured that you will be fully and speedily refunded.
